Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the data you and your customers submit through the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Plans, Payments & Renewals

This section applies to BelloCommerce subscriptions; BelloPOS is a one-time purchase and is covered by the BelloPOS Licences section below. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. BelloPOS Licences

BelloPOS is licensed, not sold. A licence is purchased once — there is no subscription — and is issued per installation: the activation key we provide is tied to the machine code generated by that installation. Moving a licence to another machine is possible; contact support and we will reissue the key.

Your plan (Lite, Go, or Pro) determines which features are unlocked. Upgrading is done by issuing a new activation key. We may continue to improve the application and may change the composition of plans for future releases; features already unlocked on your installation are not removed by an update.

Because BelloPOS runs offline on your own hardware, you are responsible for the security of that device and for maintaining backups of your data. We cannot access, restore, or reconstruct data held on your installation.

You agree not to reverse engineer the application, circumvent or tamper with its activation, or redistribute it or the activation keys. By installing and using BelloPOS you also acknowledge the collection of diagnostic and usage data described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to send spam or violate WhatsApp, Meta, or shipping company policies.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Comply with all applicable laws when processing your customers’ data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by BelloCloud LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BelloCloud LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after any legally required retention period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BelloCloud LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes & Contact
