Touchscreen POS software for your counter
The till screen your staff will actually use: one tap per item, one second per payment, and nothing waiting on a connection.
Free download for Windows · checking the latest release… · works offline

Checkout is the only part of a shop that every single customer sees, and it is judged in seconds. BelloPOS puts your catalogue on a touch grid, your best sellers on the front page of it, and a barcode scanner on the same keyboard buffer, so a basket is built as fast as the items come out of it. Prices, tax rates and stock all follow from the product record, so the person on the till adds items instead of doing arithmetic.
Everything runs on the shop's own Windows PC. Discounts, multiple open baskets, customer and table assignment, the chosen payment method, the cash drawer, the customer screen and the printed ticket are all local operations. The free Lite licence covers the whole checkout, for life, with no subscription and no card on file.
What it does
One tap per item
Products sit on a grid you arrange yourself, with favourites first and categories behind them. Scan what has a barcode, tap what does not, and search the rest by name or reference.
Several baskets at once
Keep several sales open in tabs, each with its own customer, note, payment method and order type, then return to the right basket without rebuilding it.
Cash drawer and receipt printer
Open a cash session with its float, track cash in and out, close against the counted amount with X/Z reports, and print the sale on your thermal printer.
Customer display
A second screen facing the customer shows the basket line by line and the total, so nobody has to trust a number they cannot see.

How it works, step by step
- 1Scan or tap items into the basket; price and tax come from the product record.
- 2Apply a discount, or attach the sale to a customer account.
- 3Choose the payment method and record the amount handed over; BelloPOS calculates any change.
- 4The sale enters the open cash session and the ticket prints with your shop header.
- 5Close the shift with a counted drawer and a breakdown of the day.
Questions merchants ask
Do I need a touchscreen?
No. BelloPOS works with a mouse and keyboard on any Windows PC, and the same screen becomes a touch till the day you add a touchscreen monitor or an all-in-one POS terminal.
Is the checkout part free?
Yes. Selling, receipts, the customer display, stock and the product catalogue are all in the free Lite licence, which is a lifetime licence rather than a trial.
How fast is a sale?
A scanned item lands in the basket instantly and payment is one tap, because nothing leaves the PC. The speed does not change when your internet does.
Other BelloPOS features
Every module, one page each.
Stock management software
Every sale and every delivery moves the count, so what the screen says is what is actually on the shelf.
Barcode and label software
Any scanner works out of the box, and anything without a barcode gets one you print yourself.
Invoicing and receipt software
A thermal ticket for the queue, a proper PDF invoice for the customer who asks, both out of the same sale.
Electronic invoicing and UBL export
Issue the invoice at the counter, seal the exact UBL 2.1 record locally, and export a traceable filing pack without stopping the sale.
Customer management software
Know who is in front of you, what they bought last time, and the details their next invoice needs.
Customer credit and account statements
Set the limit before the sale, follow every debit and payment, and hand the customer a statement that adds up.
Purchasing and supplier software
Record what arrived and what you paid, then let stock, cost prices and supplier history update together.
Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices
Move from quote to order to delivery to invoice without retyping the customer, the products or the totals.
Sales reporting software
What sold, what earned, who sold it and what to order next, without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.
Accounting bridge and accountant exports
Sales, purchases, VAT and payments become balanced journals while the shop works—not a pile to reconstruct at month-end.
Restaurant POS software
The floor, the pass and the bill on one system, still running when the line goes down mid service.
Offline POS software
Not an offline mode that catches up later: the software simply runs where your shop is.
Multi-till POS software
One PC holds the data, the other terminals talk to it over your own network, and nothing leaves the building.
Staff accounts and permissions
Everyone gets their own login, each role gets exactly the buttons it should have, and the history says who did what.
