A till that does not need the internet
Not an offline mode that catches up later: the software simply runs where your shop is.
Free download for Windows · version 2.1.12 · 33 MB · works offline

Plenty of tills claim an offline mode, and what they mean is that they queue up your sales and hope the connection comes back. BelloPOS is built the other way round. The database is on the shop's own Windows PC, and a sale is finished when it is written there, so there is no queue, no sync to fail and nothing to reconcile when the line returns.
That has consequences beyond the outage. Nothing waits on latency, so the till is as fast at 8am as at 3am; the data is yours and stays in Morocco, on your machine; and there is no monthly fee, because there is no server of ours to pay for. Lite, Go and Pro all work the same way: nothing syncs to a cloud, ever.
What it does
No connection, no difference
Selling, printing, stock, customers and reports all work with the cable out. A dead line or a router reboot mid service changes nothing.
Speed that does not depend on a network
Every operation is local, so nothing is ever waiting on a round trip. The queue moves at the speed of the person on the till.
Your data, on your machine
There is no account of ours holding your sales. The database sits on your PC in the shop, and backups are files you keep.
No subscription to keep it alive
The licence is bought once and keeps working. There is no server bill behind it, so there is nothing to renew and nothing to cut you off.

How it works, step by step
- 1Install the Windows app on the shop's PC.
- 2Activate the licence once; Lite is free for life.
- 3Add your products, or let us help with the first batch.
- 4Sell, print, receive stock and read reports, all locally.
- 5Take a backup to a USB stick or a folder you control.
Questions merchants ask
Does BelloPOS work with no internet at all?
Yes, completely. Sales, stock, receipts, customers and reports are all local to the shop's PC. Internet is only needed to download the app and to activate a paid licence.
Do my sales sync to the cloud when the connection returns?
No, and that is deliberate. BelloPOS never syncs anywhere: the sale is finished the moment it is written to the database on your own PC, so there is nothing waiting to be sent.
What happens to my data if the PC fails?
Take backups: BelloPOS Go adds scheduled backups, and any plan lets you copy the database file to a USB stick or an external drive you keep yourself.
Other BelloPOS features
Every module, one page each.
Touchscreen POS software
The till screen your staff will actually use: one tap per item, one second per payment, and nothing waiting on a connection.
Stock management software
Every sale and every delivery moves the count, so what the screen says is what is actually on the shelf.
Barcode and label software
Any scanner works out of the box, and anything without a barcode gets one you print yourself.
Invoicing and receipt software
A thermal ticket for the queue, a proper PDF invoice for the customer who asks, both out of the same sale.
Customer management software
Know who is in front of you, what they bought last time, and what they still owe, before you serve them.
Purchasing and supplier software
Order it, receive it, and let the count and the cost price update themselves.
Sales reporting software
What sold, what earned, who sold it and what to order next, without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.
Restaurant POS software
The floor, the pass and the bill on one system, still running when the line goes down mid service.
Multi-till POS software
One PC holds the data, the other terminals talk to it over your own network, and nothing leaves the building.
Staff accounts and permissions
Everyone gets their own login, each role gets exactly the buttons it should have, and the history says who did what.
