Most shops do not lose money on the till, they lose it in the stockroom: the line that was out of stock all week, the reference nobody reordered, the margin that quietly disappeared. BelloPOS keeps one count per product and moves it on every sale and every receipt of goods, so the number in front of you is the number on the shelf rather than a memory of last month.
It is a full inventory desktop app rather than a stock field bolted onto a till: categories, references, cost and sale prices, low-stock thresholds, quick editing, barcode lookup and filtered inventory or price-list exports. It is installed on your own PC in Morocco, which is where the data stays, and stock tracking is part of the free lifetime licence.
What it does
Live counts, no re-entry
Selling takes stock down and receiving a delivery puts it back up. Nobody types the same movement twice, so the count does not drift between the till and the stockroom.
Categories and references
Organise a large catalogue by category and brand, keep a reference per product, and find any line in a second whether you are serving or ordering.
Low stock before it hurts
Set a threshold per product and see what is close to running out while there is still time to reorder, instead of finding out from a customer.
Cost prices and margins
Record what you paid your supplier and read the margin on every line, so the next order is based on what actually earns rather than on what sells loudest.

How it works, step by step
- 1Create products with a category, a reference, a cost price and a sale price.
- 2Set a low-stock threshold on the lines you cannot be caught without.
- 3Sell at the till; the count comes down as it goes.
- 4Receive deliveries and the count goes back up, at the cost you actually paid.
- 5Filter or quick-edit the catalogue, then print or export the inventory and price list.
Questions merchants ask
Is the stock management free?
Yes. Products, categories, live quantities, quick editing and inventory exports are in the free Lite licence. Purchases and supplier tracking start with Go.
Where is my stock data stored?
On your own PC, in the shop. There is no cloud account behind BelloPOS and no copy of your stock leaves the building unless you export it yourself.
Can I correct a quantity after a physical count?
Yes. Open the product in Inventory and enter the corrected quantity, or use the quick-edit list. Filtered inventory exports can be printed or saved to help with the physical count.
