BelloPOS Pro brings quotes, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes into one Documents hub. Each type has its own list, statuses and print settings, while linked documents keep the history of the transaction visible from the first offer to the final invoice. A quote can become an order, an order a delivery, and a delivery an invoice without copying the lines again.
Documents begin as editable drafts and receive their continuous legal number only when an authorised user issues them. Once issued, the number, date and fiscal seal stay fixed; corrections happen through controlled editing or a linked credit note rather than deleting history. The app prints branded PDFs with legal identity, VAT by rate, totals in words, payment terms, stamp and signature, and can export document lists to PDF, CSV or XLSX.

Which documents are included?
Quotes, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes. They are included together in BelloPOS Pro because they share one numbering and conversion workflow.
Can an issued invoice be deleted?
No. An issued legal document keeps its number and history. It can be archived, corrected under permission controls, or reversed with a linked credit note.
Can I still invoice a till sale with BelloPOS Go?
Yes. Go can issue and export an invoice directly from a sale. Pro adds the complete documents hub and the quote-to-order-to-delivery workflow around it.
