Staff accounts, roles and an activity log

A shared login is a hole in the middle of a shop: nobody can tell who voided the line, who gave the discount or who was on the till when the drawer came up short. BelloPOS gives every employee their own account, so every sale, discount and void carries a name from the moment it happens.

Roles then decide what each account can reach. A cashier can sell without seeing your margins; a supervisor can void and discount; a manager can change prices and read the whole day. The free Lite licence includes staff accounts, and BelloPOS Go adds custom roles and the activity log, bought once with no subscription.

What it does

A login per person

Everyone signs in as themselves, so sales, discounts and voids are attributed as they happen rather than reconstructed later.

Roles with real limits

Decide per role who can void a line, apply a discount, open the drawer, change a price or read the day's totals.

An activity log

The sensitive actions are recorded with the account and the time, so a question about a shift has an answer instead of a theory.

Totals per employee

Reports break down by user, so shift performance is a figure you can read rather than an impression you carry.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1Create an account for each employee.
  2. 2Assign a role, or build one with exactly the permissions you want.
  3. 3Everyone signs in on their own account at the start of a shift.
  4. 4Sales, discounts and voids are recorded against the person who made them.
  5. 5Read the totals per user, and the activity log when something needs explaining.

Questions merchants ask

How many staff accounts do I get?

The free Lite licence covers three accounts. BelloPOS Go and Pro are unlimited.

Can I stop a cashier from seeing my margins?

Yes. Custom roles, which come with BelloPOS Go, let you decide exactly what each role can open, including keeping cost prices and reports out of reach.

Can I see who cancelled a sale?

Yes. The activity log, included with Go, records sensitive actions against the account and the time they happened.

Other BelloPOS features

Every module, one page each.

All features

Touchscreen POS software

The till screen your staff will actually use: one tap per item, one second per payment, and nothing waiting on a connection.

Stock management software

Every sale and every delivery moves the count, so what the screen says is what is actually on the shelf.

Barcode and label software

Any scanner works out of the box, and anything without a barcode gets one you print yourself.

Invoicing and receipt software

A thermal ticket for the queue, a proper PDF invoice for the customer who asks, both out of the same sale.

Electronic invoicing and UBL export

Issue the invoice at the counter, seal the exact UBL 2.1 record locally, and export a traceable filing pack without stopping the sale.

Customer management software

Know who is in front of you, what they bought last time, and the details their next invoice needs.

Customer credit and account statements

Set the limit before the sale, follow every debit and payment, and hand the customer a statement that adds up.

Purchasing and supplier software

Record what arrived and what you paid, then let stock, cost prices and supplier history update together.

Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices

Move from quote to order to delivery to invoice without retyping the customer, the products or the totals.

Sales reporting software

What sold, what earned, who sold it and what to order next, without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.

Accounting bridge and accountant exports

Sales, purchases, VAT and payments become balanced journals while the shop works—not a pile to reconstruct at month-end.

Restaurant POS software

The floor, the pass and the bill on one system, still running when the line goes down mid service.

Offline POS software

Not an offline mode that catches up later: the software simply runs where your shop is.

Multi-till POS software

One PC holds the data, the other terminals talk to it over your own network, and nothing leaves the building.
