A shared login is a hole in the middle of a shop: nobody can tell who voided the line, who gave the discount or who was on the till when the drawer came up short. BelloPOS gives every employee their own account, so every sale, discount and void carries a name from the moment it happens.
Roles then decide what each account can reach. A cashier can sell without seeing your margins; a supervisor can void and discount; a manager can change prices and read the whole day.
