Free POS for bakeries and pastry shops

A bakery sells most of its day before ten in the morning, to a queue that will not wait while a screen thinks. BelloPOS keeps your breads, viennoiserie and pastries on a single grid, prices them by unit or by weight, and prints the ticket immediately — on the shop's own Windows PC, with no connection needed.

It is also how you keep track of what came out of the oven. Batches move stock as they are made and sold, so the end of the day tells you what actually went, what was left, and what to bake tomorrow. Start free for life; buy a plan once only if you want purchases and supplier costs on top.

What you get

One-tap counter selling

Breads, pastries and drinks live on a grid laid out the way your counter is, so serving is tapping — not searching.

Sell by unit or by weight

Price per piece, per box or per kilo, and handle the half-dozen and the tray without doing arithmetic at the till.

Fresh batches and daily stock

Record what came out of the oven and watch it come down as it sells. The day's close shows what moved and what was left over.

Orders and receipts

Take a customer order for a cake or a tray, print a ticket with your own header, and issue a proper invoice as a PDF when a business customer needs one.

How a sale goes

  1. 1Put the morning's batches into stock as they come out of the oven.
  2. 2Serve the queue from the counter grid — by piece, box or weight.
  3. 3Print the ticket and take cash or card.
  4. 4Note customer orders for later collection.
  5. 5Close the day and see what sold, what is left and what to bake next.

Questions merchants ask

Can it price by weight?

Yes — a product can be priced per kilo as easily as per piece, so trays, half-dozens and loose goods all ring up correctly.

Does it work during a power or internet cut?

The app needs power for the PC, but no internet at all. Everything is stored locally, so the connection can be down all morning without stopping a single sale.

Is it free for a small bakery?

Yes. The Lite plan is a free lifetime licence with checkout, receipts, printing and stock — enough to run a single-counter bakery completely free.
