Coffee is a volume trade: the queue at 8am judges your till by how few taps it takes to ring a cortado and a croissant. BelloPOS puts your regulars' orders one press away, keeps the terrace tables open alongside the counter, and prints the ticket while the cup is still being made.
It runs offline on an ordinary Windows PC, so a dropped connection never turns into a paper-and-pen morning.
