BelloPOS for your trade
Free POS for fashion and clothing stores
Sizes, colours and seasons — priced, labelled and counted, on a till that works offline.
Free download for Windows · version 2.1.7 · 33 MB · works offline

In fashion the product is never one thing: it is a size, a colour and a season, and the stock question is always "which one is left?". BelloPOS keeps each variant as its own line with its own barcode, so scanning at the till tells you exactly what walked out of the shop and what is still on the rail.
Everything runs on the shop's Windows PC with no connection required, and it is free to start: the lifetime Lite licence covers selling, receipts, barcode labels and stock. Pay once for a bigger plan only when you want purchase orders, supplier costs and invoice exports.
What you get
Sizes, colours and variants
Hold each size and colour as its own item with its own count, so stock answers the only question that matters: which variant is left?
Barcode labels you print yourself
Generate and print a label for every variant, then scan at the till instead of hunting through a list. New season, new labels, in minutes.
Seasons, margins and what actually sells
Record what you paid your supplier and see the margin per line, so the next order is based on what moved rather than what you hoped would.
Customers and receipts
Keep customer profiles with their history, print a branded ticket, and export a proper invoice as PDF for the customer who asks.
How a sale goes
- 1Create the product once, then its sizes and colours as variants.
- 2Print and stick a barcode label for each variant.
- 3Scan at the till; the right size and colour comes off stock.
- 4Receive new season deliveries against a purchase order.
- 5Check margins and best sellers before reordering.
Questions merchants ask
How are sizes and colours handled?
Each size and colour is its own item with its own barcode and its own stock count, grouped under the product — so you always know which variant is left, not just how many of the style.
Can I print labels for a new collection?
Yes. Generate barcodes for the new lines and print the labels in your own label size, several to a sheet.
Does it need internet?
No. The till, stock and receipts all run on the shop's PC. A dropped connection has no effect on selling.
